I always considered "Sister Ray" a pretty accurate depiction of our office's traditional Xmas bash... :D

The other is All Through The Night when he mentions the line 'If Xmas comes only once a year why can't anybody shed just one tear for things that don't happen . . ."

Can't think of any songs were Lou mentions holiday off the top of my head. You know the heated debate about Happy Holidays???
well....If we include the solo stuff we have ...

Lou : X-mas in February
Lou : New Sensations (2 years ago today I was arrested on Christmas Eve)
John : Punk Christmas
John : A Child's Christmas in Wales
John : Ship of Fools (was sent to make sure we all got home for christmas)
Nico : A Child's Christmas in Wales

Christmas in WHALES?
It's a biblical thing like Jonah. :o
But seriously it's probably just typing too fast like I've been guilty of doing.

I love "Child's Christmas In Wales", and the whole Paris 1919 album has a very Christmas-y feel to it, come to think of it. I might give it a spin over the weekend.

I think I'll end up picking up "Vintage Violence" over the weekend. I like what I've heard from that album.

"Gideon's Bible" is one of my favourite songs in the history of things.
