I've never see this mentioned before. Lou Reed's 1962 Syracuse literary magazine,
Lonely Woman Quarterly, that ran for three issues. Writers include (Luis) Reed, Peter Maloney and Jim Tucker. Illustration by Shelly Albin and Karl Stoecker. Named after the Ornete Coleman tune.
One Reed story was “And What, Little Boy, Will You Trade for Your Horse?” about a young man being picked up by a queen in a bar near Times Square.
