NICO REQUEST!

Guys, I am seriously dying for some quality, 1980's Nico...either with the Blue Orchids or w/ James Young's band. Heroes, 60/40...the rocking stuff! Photos would be great, too!

Me too... i'm dying. I can never get enough Nico.

I have a few bootlegs from the eighties I can share.
I'll take a look at my archives to see what I have.

MG - I think I still have your mail address somewhere. If I send you some cassettes of Nico live are you prepared to "master" them and then upload them somewhere so that others can download them?

I cant remember exactly what I have on tape but I KNOW that they include Edinburgh Nite Club 1981 (supporting the Banshees) and another Edinburgh show from 1986 or 1987 (with Eric Random). These are both so-so audience recordings but have not been widely circulated (to the best of my knowledge anyway - correct me if these are already easily available)

Let me know what you think. I've staretd to torrent some of my Lou Reed shows on Dime I just dont have the time to do the same with the Nico stuff.

Sure, I'd be happy to convert the stuff! It may take a couple weeks, but I'll get 'em all uploaded.
