He always seems to get underplayed in his role as producer ('didn't really do anything but played around with the girls' kind of thing) but here Cale explains how they went to him because of what he did with sound on the Dylan albums. That was interesting because I hear some Bringing It All Back Home on their first LP. And is there a similarity between the guitar on Waiting and the guitar on Tambourine Man?
