John Cale *mystery* tracks

Post by Raysdeathmachine »

Some time ago I received a disc in a trade which had several Cale tracks from various compilations, 12? singles, OOP, and ?rare? songs. The person that sent it had also received it in a trade and did not have a track listing. A majority of the songs had lyrics, so I?ve since been able to identify all of them -- except for these two which are instrumentals. I?m hoping that there are some true J.C. aficionados out ther that can help me identify these mystery tracks. More than likely a *no brainer* for a real Cale fan, ?Oh that old thing?! I feel sheepish asking for help on this, because I really should know the answer.
I?ve encoded brief excerpts of each song.

Can't say I recognise either of those I'm afraid... they do sound like his film soundtrack stuff, but I'm afraid I couldn't identify them any further than that.
