the site says it might be at the Savoy Theatre, September 1967, not the BTP.

There 's no arch or 'Praise Ye The Lord' above the band and the wall/screen behind is completely flat, unlike the BTP:

Nico at the Dom, by Howard Smith

Date given as "1968?" by Boo Hooray, but I think 1966 - apparently one of her early solo gigs.
