On the contrary, the silence has been deafening.

Someone has very kindly contacted me about NYC.
I have been helped out off-line like this quite a few times and am very grateful to a number of people from this forum for their time and generosity. I have also PM'd others to help with their requests or to arrange trades. I have always found everyone to be extremely helpful.
I am really open to good old-fashioned trading, but what can you offer someone who has everything.
But I know what Bob means - it can go very quiet. Sometimes a "sod off" to a request is better than silence. But in this case I've been sorted. Thanks

I have been able to come up with most titles on my own to replace my copies that were destroyed by my ex-wife. I had a few offers of help through others on this forum, but none came to fruition. As I said, life is busy for most of us and I do understand that.

Well, I'd rather have a quiet forum without much new info in here...than a forum populated with dozens of idiotic and repetetive posts, as was the case until a few months ago.
When something new pops up, I'm sure he board will be abuzz. Now, back to our regularly scheduled thread!!
