I wouldn't be surprised if this pic might actually be a bit closer to the 3rd album (November '68) than to WL/WH (September '67) in terms of when it was shot. They still had more of a Warhol proto-art/punk look in '67, and it's not until mid-68 that Lou starts letting that Jewish afro grow out, ditto Maureen with her longer hair. Maybe mid-68 in this pic?

I would say took during their spring/summer gigs at the West Coast 1968.

If this pic would be a a comic it would go : Lou (smiling) "Who is next to leave?" John (at the background behind them all rising his hand) "Me!"
