Warhol Tapes on STG?

is there any chance in getting the Warhol Tapes released in flac format?
they could be torrented on Sharing The Groove or bt.easytree presuming someone has the original cd of course.

There are only a handful of those copies out there. Rosie has one of them. Would you really expect that she releases this great stuff and make it accessable to all those deadheads?!
