Is this something new or could it just be a "repackaging" of the stuff off of the Quine Tapes? The eBay listing says it has 21 tracks and I think that's how many the Quine Tapes have.

Was there another source besides the Quine Tapes? If so it would be great to compare them.

We need more information before we go plunking down our money on stuff we may already have.

If anyone find out anything else let us know!

You're right Tarbaby2, I just forgot about the Quine's tapes
I just think that if something new have been surfaced it wouldn't have gone straight to Ebay
see you

vu at the matrix

Please do not buy that item. It has been reported to Ebay. It is a blatant rip off. Here is the set list for the Matrix tapes:

intro
waiting for the man
heroin
black angel's death song
venus in furs
there she goes
rock and roll
sweet jane
ocean
heroin 2
waiting for the man 2
i'm set free
afterhours
some kinda love
there she goes 2
white light white heat
venus in furs 2
over you
real good time together
beginning to see the light
i can't stand it
sister ray

please do not buy the set. The Matrix tapes exist only as 2 minute samples - sister ray is a longer sample. I would rather provide these to forum members than have someone buy them from ebay or anywhere else.

Ditto, Sal. In our current starved-to-near-death for VU, even a couple of minutes would bring a lot of smiles.
