LDB Special Series #434 (RLR collection)

Out of my 7,000+ shows and radio broadcasts, I have many concerts that were special for some reasons: the setlist, the
musicians, the venue or unexpected events. These are the ones I'd like to propose you. Most of these come from my
cassettes collection, so they will be released at a slower pace than my Master Series! But you won't be disappointed!
I will try to gather the most unusual things I have in my collection and, as always, your feedback and comments will be my
reward for all the work involved in this project.

DO NOT share this music on mp3, just convert it for your own use. Sharing mp3's is the right way to make me stop sharing
music here.

Nico: vocal, harmonium

with The Blue Orchids:

Martin Bramah: guitar, backing vocals
Rick Goldstraw [Eric McGann]: guitar
Una Baines: Yamaha Synthesizer
Steve Garvey [Steven Patrick Garvey]: bass, backing vocals
Toby Toman [Phillip Tomanov]: drums

I transferred this one some months ago but did not manage to listen to it properly untill a few weeks ago. It sounds very
good for a vintage gig so I decided to seed it. I don´t know if this is already is circulation but it is not on the
tracker, so here it is. Nico opens with an interesting version of Bowie´s Heroes.

The "Odissea 2001" was a very popular disco back in the 70´s / early 80´s in Milano. It changed his name into Prego and
finally into Rainbow Club. Last time I was there it was for Yo La Tengo in the mid 2000´s. A few years after, the venue
was shut down and demolished.
