I've never liked;

1st LP

Femme Fatale
Heroin (The 69 Live versions are night and day better)
There She Goes Again
Black Angel's Death Song

2nd LP

I Heard Her Call My Name
The last 12 minutes of Sister Ray! I made a nice version that fades out around 5:30 and that gets played loud!

3rd LP

Beginning To See The Light
That's The Story Of My Life

4th LP

Who Loves The Sun

VU/Another View

Stephanie Says
She's My Best Friend
Andy's Chest
One Of These Days
Hey Mr Rain
Coney Island Steeplechase
Ferryboat Bill
Rock And Roll

Peel Slowly And See

Wrap Your Troubles In Dreams
Sheltered Life
Walk And Talk

Fully Loaded

Ride Into The Sun
Love Makes You Feel Ten Feet Tall

Pretty much everything else is to my liking, although some of the live versions don't quite hit the spot. Live MCMXCIII is absolutely dire, with the exception of Some Kinda Love and Coyote...

I like I'll be your mirror, Femme Fatale, and All Tomorows Parties, but I can't stand Nico singing them.

I really do not care much for European Son, though the bassline isn't too bad.

The Gift I think would be better with the words muffled and just the music.

Thats really all I can think of right now.

I completly agree with you! Coyote is an absolute dreadful song and I heard her call my name is fantastic.

It's a bit off-topic. But if you want a 5min version of Sister Ray, check out the Song "Shake The Dope Out" from "The Warlocks".

Err? Just because its pentatonic doesn't mean it can't be interesting...the majority of rock music features the pentatonic scale!

There's nothing quite like throwing a grenade into a room is there!

However, I stand by my choices!

1. Coyote. Rather poignant lyrics, I feel. Don't understand why anyone would dislike it!

2. Sister Ray. It's only the album version that I edit. It just gets completely pointless after those 5 and a half minutes. Practically all of the live versions are stunning and hold my attention throughout. The End of Cole pair are a bit poo though.

3. I Heard Her Call My Name. Just not my cup of tea!

etc...
