Dancing at the Factory

Post by MarbleIndex01 »

Here are some DVD captures from "Nico Icon" of people dancing at Warhol's Factory as the Velvets play "I'm Waiting For The Man."

I have to admit I haven't seen the Nico film, but I've seem this footage before, Edie and Gerard dancing at the Factory - IIRC it's silent, they probably just added the VU as the soundtrack. Anyone know for sure?

The same footage shows up in "Superstar: The Life and Times of Andy Warhol" without "I'm Waiting For The Man" in the background.

Who is the person next to Edie with the interesting arm action going on?

My third birthday....nice of them to celebrate.

I know it was probably filmed earlier and just happened to run that day, but let me have my little fun 8-)
