Sounds like it could be this...

1971
PLAYING SOLO FOR FRIENDS (ELECTRIC)
Recorded at Richard and Lisa Robinson's Apartment in NYC
YES
45mins
B
Songlist:
Rock And Roll - Sweet Jane - The Bed - Berlin - NY Telephone Conversation - Honky Tonk Women - Wild Child - Some Kinda Love - Jesus - Who Loves The Sun - Sweet Jane - Wagon Wheel - I'm Waiting For The Man
(Most of this are instrumentals with Lou talking to friends in the background. Some songs are just brief attemps)

I agree - it looks like the "electric" playing for friends tape. This has circulated in a variety of forms for many years. I think that the other male voice is that of Richard Robinson. There is also a similar 45 min tape of Lou playing an acoustic guitar, again probably in Richard Robinson's apartment.

I was told a long time ago that these tapes are dubs of the audio from cinefilms made by Richard Robinson, but I've never been able to confirm that....
