Billy name tattoo

While I was looking through Steven Shore's book of Factory photos I found a couple showing Billy's bare arm, complete with tattoo. But it didn't look much like the cover of WLWH. Has anyone seen a pic of his arm and tattoo which actually looks the skull etc?

Wasn't the picture by Billy Name (as opposed to of him)?
