Once again, it looks like the website is full of it. Today is August 22nd, and there's no sign of the download.

I have managed to get a pre release copy of Black Acetate and i must say its a great album .I does contain a great version of Sold Motel that John has been playing live for the past few months/Years.There is also the track that was in the set at the Patti Smith/Horses show in June.A couple of the tracks are very much in a Pablo/Gun style.
