I love it too. But then, I love all three, and to be honest, compared to the iconic FF and the majestetic ATP, IBYM kind of falls flat.

As luminous as Sunday Morning is as it is, don´t you agree Nico would have pulled it off with style? Her impeccable cool would so have complemented the song (it was originally meant for her to be sung, as I´m sure you know).

I dont think Nico would have fit that song on that particular album. Lou has this very quiet, naive delivery that makes the opening chords of IWFTM impact that much harder.

I agree that Lou´s delivery was impeccable, but if the song would have been given to Nico as intended, we wouldn´t know about it. It would probably have become one of her signature songs, since she could easily have handled the smoothness this track requires.

It's I'll be Your Mirror for me - truly great lyric, and it's got the catchy riff bit in the middle.

A close second is ATP ...

I reserve the right to change my mind next week.

I love all three songs, but I voted for "Femme Fatale" - I see ATP more as a band showcase, while FF seems more like a signature tune for her (not to mention I never seem to get sick of that song...).

You know what's really frightening? "Foggy Notion" popped into my head... and it's 6:51...

Spooky! Let's try that again, just to check it's not actually a fluke.
Ok, so 'favourite VU song that lasts 4:35' ???

And then there's always the clincher - 'your favourite VU album that features a skull'!

BTW why did I end with two messages after I edited the first with that tempting little edit button? Apologies for that and for almost everything else.
