hi this is my 1st post on this site . i have been a velvets fan since 1975 and would like to ask a question.We all know that squeeze is a crap lp but i cant help myself but i think the track friends is one of my favourite velvets songs does anyone like any other song from this lp.

Well, to me Squeeze isn't crap, just average. And it suffers from being called a Velvet Underground album. Anyway, I quite like Caroline and Mean Old Man. Little Jack is okay and I admit I sometimes enjoy Crash, too. (But that's me -- I also like early 10 CC ).

I found that lp in Paris about 10 years ago and was nicely surprised
Of course, it's nothing to do with the VU stuff but I think there's good things on it
And, from my point of view, Doug Yull merits more consideration than generally gives to him

Have the LP and quite like "She'll Make You Cry". Of course, you can't think of it as the Velvets but it's a nice Dougie solo album.
