Well I dunno how old Moe's band is, but I was listening to "I spent a week" or whatever it's called, the other night. Her band with Sonny Vincent on guitar is pretty rocking and on the tracks on which he guested, it seemed to bring out the best in Lou. Mind he did seem to go pretty well with with this older guitarist on there called Sterling Morrison.

My take on why John and Lou find it so hard to get on, is that they're both control freaks and so everything has to be done their way. If they agree fine, but if they don't... I remember an interview around the time of Drella, can't remember if it was with Lou or John, but whoever it was was talking about difficulties working with the other and claimed that they'd even had a fight about how long the silence between tracks should be.

Tee hee! That sounds about right.

They're both obviously really horrible people that I'm glad don't live next door to me - boorish, self-important, pretentious, bitter old men with quite large gaps where most other people have a sense of humour.
Not to say they have no sense of humour at all, but still.
I mean, they still interest me but I don't really have any warm feelings to them as people.
