Live VU on the Net

I'm interested in collecting a few live shows, so i'm wondering if anyone could list a few good places to download, and perhaps share once I get a couple. Specifically, does anyone know of any decent VU resources on DC++, as I already trade Pink Floyd shows using DC++.
I'd really appreciate any help anyone can give me here as I'm seriously lacking any live VU save for some really poor .rm's i found.

Be prepared for low fidelity - it's all your gonna get. live VU is generally poor quality compared to 70s bands etc (cos it's the 60s) - the rm files on Olivier's site sound almost as good at the original boot CDs. It doesn't matter what codecs or whatever are used, if the original tapes are rough they won't be improved by fancy encoding. You have to love them for what they are and put up with the quailty.

Heh I certainly am prepared for some low fi. Since I collect Floyd shows, I'm used to some very poor stuff. The only two full Barrett-era live shows that are circulating are dismal, but it doesnt matter, I collect for the historical value and sheer awesomeness of the shows, and the oldest ones are what i seek out the most, they have a certain charm that a cd-quality recording just doesnt have to me.

And easytree's full at the moment, and at the risk of getting lectured by hardcore traders about mp3 vs. lossless, I'd prefer mp3 because I only have ISDN so 700 meg torrents are a bit of a last resort.

Glad you agree as I think some people are disappointed and put off by the quality thing.

Lossless is a luxury that some people take for granted. What I have done in the past is set up a Yahoo email account, given everyone the password and emailed high bitrate mp3s to that so they can be downloaded from there. It's a temporary solution, as Yahoo shut the account down after a while, but I can probably do it again for a couple of the more hard to get not-commercially-released boots...
