I can't get anything from "dime", they allow me to copy the link but no torrent came.
Also on the "quality bootz" all downloads are labelled as "part 1" and the part 2 is nowhere to be found. Shame.

Hm. Are you logged in when you download the torrent link from dime?
I just noticed that when you follow the lix.in links from quality bootz, I have to refresh the page each time to be able to download the next part. This may be some issue with my browser and it's the first time I am experiencing this. Maybe your problem has a different cause.

In fact, on DIME, because of a computer problem, the following message appears : "SRE currently blocking new downloads" with a poor 0,18 ratio. I think I would be banned very soon but as my previous hard-disk is now totally out of order, it's not possible to avoid this.
For quality bootz, what do you mean by refresh ? I've only access to the 1st part of the downloads, can't find the other elsewhere. There're plenty of links for the 1st, nothing for the 2nd.
If I've somethind to upload, I'll use trader's den and no more Hunger city or dime, it's too difficult for the fans.

Well, you can donate to dime and become a VIP. Then you have a more relaxed SRE enforcement cycle and can try to raise your ratio again.
As for quality boots, when I open this link http://lix.in/-afa828 I get 5 links to rapidshare. Each to one segment of the rar archive. It should work the same way for you.
