Help with BTP 12-12-68 at Easytree

If anyone has the BTP 12-12-68 torrent could they please seed it. The only person currently seeding is firewalled and I am stuck at 70%. I would post a link but don't know how to.
Also,out of curiosity Is anyone been having problems uploading/downloading torrents, and if so how can you correct it
