no problem - there must be some sort of problem with my PC then - none of those files will play all the way through for me.....

Nope, not just you; mine, too. It suggested a codec issue for one file but only after playing for a few minutes. Might put them on a usb and try through a dvd player...

...nope, didn't work. Froze at the same point as they did when I played them on the PC so I assume the issue is with the files?

Still.... you do get some worthwhile bits: the first one plays for a good half an hour, with interviews with the band on the '93 tour. Includes John Cale saying the housewives of America were far more decadent thatn the band were!

sorry! same for me. Let's hope that plan b (a new transfer of my original VHS tapes) works out - if it does then I'll post the links here.....
