yes that's a really interesting interview - thanks. I go back regularly to Richie's book, not just because it's a tremendous reference work, but because he often offered very pertinent and accurate insights as a background. I always wondered why Hans Onsager didn't appear - I don't believe that he has ever been interviewed about his work with the Velvets.

I bought the print copy when it first came out but have since sold it since I rarely re-read books.
I heard he's been adding more to the e-version. Does anyone who has owned both versions know if there's enough new content to make a re-purchase worth it?

Didn't Richie say there was something like 3 times the content in the eBook? He said a lot of people approached him after the book came out in print.
I haven't read either yet, though I have the printed book. At this point, I'll probably get the eBook and read that. It's not very expensive. The print edition is out of print, though.
