But there are no stars in New York sky, they're all on the ground.

I haven't been to the exhibition but have followed it closely in the press. There's a "wall of influence" (my term) in the basement.
Why is Bowie's "Without You" 1983 single on that wall wall. Why is 70's disco artist Lizzy Mercier Descloux on there.
Kraftwerk too. Someone explain please
