Museum Quality VU Collection Available

Post by B Allan »

Hello,...I am a long time NY collector of VELVET UNDERGROUND Memorabilia, having practically every important item. I have decided after 17 years to part with my collection, but only as a complete Lot...This is an expensive Museum quality-type collection, & only serious offers will be taken...
Collection includes:
1966 VERVE "ALL TOMMORROWS PARTIES" PICTURE SLEEVE
1968 MGM 3rd Album RADIO AD 45 W/PICTURE SLEEVE
THE COMPLETE PRE-VELVETS LOU REED/PICKWICK COLLECTION-45's & LP's.
AUTOGRAPHED FIRST STATE 1967 VERVE VU & NICO MONO UNPLAYED UNPEELED NM LP
AUTOGRAPHED 1967 WLWH STEREO LP
1967 VERVE UK WLWH MONO LP
ALL VERVE 45's, DJ & STOCK
1968 MGM DJ JESUS/WHAT GOES ON 45
1970 COTILLION OH SWEET NUTHINS/WHO LOVES THE SUN 45
1966 TRIP EPI CONCERT POSTER(LICHTENSTEIN ART)
6-UNPUBLISHED EPI 8 by 10 STILLS from 1966 ACTION HOUSE "FREAK OUT"CONCERT
Complete NM ASPEN #4
Complete NM INDEX BOOK HARDCOVER EDITION
Various 1966-1967 VU & NICO LP/CONCERT MAGAZINE/NEWSPAPER ADS(DOM, Etc.)
& so much more, too much to mention...
The condition on the majority of the items, especially the VERVE "PARTIES" SLEEVE is VERY FINE+...
I will accept serious offers only from the right people. I am just now starting to put everything together & will take pictures of the collection over the next few weeks...Any serious interest, please email me at "wolfbond@yahoo.com. Thanks so much, Barry.

Well ... if this is not a joke ... damn, it is a GREAT VU COLLECTION! No doubt
Just a couple of those items together are probably worth $10,000
Would love to see the pictures when available
By the way, are those never-published pictures at Action House made by Tim Boxer?
Good luck

I am selling the Brooklyn Bridge. I don't have a lot of details but will give you just enough to pique your interest. Let me know if you are interested. I want to selll the entire thing, so don't ask me to sell just a section of it.

If this is for real, you're going to get a lot less money (in a much longer amount of time) trying to sell it all as a job lot. I'd love to see the pictures though.

Just use the [ img ] tag (without the spaces between "img" and the brackets, I put them there to fool the parser), like so:

Of course you need some webspace to put the pictures on, you cannot upload them onto the forum, only point to them.

I do not have any website to post the Pics on, but I sent the pics to the Moderator of this FORUM, Wim, whom, if he can, has my permission to post them here...
To all the characters who made foolish comments about my post,...you guys need to take some serious drugs & mellow out. There are actually serious collectors out here in the world, like myself, here in NYC, who have been collecting for many years, & have invested in items, & have met & know people you idolize. So don't assume & make comments just because you can't get laid & stuck in some little bedroom in pigsnuckle wherever...B. Allen

I'll give you $5 for the VU+N mono LP. I need to replace my old stereo copy. No? Oh well, you can try, :? :D
