What I really object to is the uninformed casting Lou Reed in the bad-guy role. He could not be further from that. Lou doesn't need me to stick up for him, but I defy anyone who has had any real contact with him to describe him as anything less than civil, charming, and generous!

I contacted Bill Levenson, and he replied that there could be new releases as early as next year.
