The Board is Crashing, so I must SAVE it!

Post by MJG196 »

OK guys, this board has been KILLING me lately! It is as if all of the VU's recordings that can enter the community have entered! Nothing to look forward to except for stuff that there is almost ZERO chance of us ever acquiring. Frankly, I'm bored.

I contrast this board w/ my beloved Johnny Thunders forum, where new DVDs and shows are going up by the day. Snooze-o-rama!

So, to remedy the situation, I am prepared to offer a goddamned gem to everyone. It has been around before...but you'll ALL want what I am gonna be givin' ya. It is .flac'd up and ready to go.

YA HEAR THAT, NOTHING SONGS?! F-U!

Everyone go join http://www.hungercity.org immediately. I will post it by this Wednesday.

mg196 - I'm looking forward to whatever it is you have to offer. Going by what you have put up before it is not going to disappoint.

Well, the world is full of crashing boards (sorry, couldn't resist that )

Don't let opinionated buggers get you down, I'm interested to see what you have got in store for us. Especially if it is a piece of '93 VU.

(Anyone know if the Rotterdam show was taped? Olivier's pages don't mention it, but surely someone must've snuck a recording device inside?)

I for one can't wait to see what it is. And I doubt it's from '93 if it's from mg.

Thanks.

arjan - There is an audience DAT of the Rotterdam show, which is mentioned in Olivier's site, and I have seen it available as a double CD. I don't know anyone who has it though. :D

Anyone who references Morrissey can say whatever they want! I just grabbed tickets to his July 2 show in Virginia!

Nah, I won't, but it has been a major reason why I visit the site less. Groovy's constant obsessive-compulsiveness, paired with his ability to kill a thread, is enough to drive many of us mad. We've had enough! Image
