Hello.

I?ve been visiting this great forum for a while, but decided to register to respond to this thread.

This is the same seller as the one discussed in this thread.

I?m one of the people this seller has ripped off. He had the cheek to contact me about his new username (the feedback from the old username has been transferred to the new one).

I'm surprised that no one here has mentioned this seller for the same reasons. He/she has sold several copies of the Berlin gigs amongst other (mainly) Lou but also some VU gigs.

I would happily report them both, but I'm unsure how to go about it. The Ebay reporting system seems to be very rigid/restrictive, unless I'm missing something.

Well, someone did something right, because all of his sales are GONE! I reported all the bootlegs earlier today.

I second that. The people who have done business with him will know who he is.

Well, I wrote listen.to.vu and asked him what happened...here was his response:

Hi there, well yes, sadly enough that's true... They claim that I am selling Unauthorized Copies. What I know is that I 'm just offering a product which is destinated to quite heavy fans, a totally uncomercial record, a concert from Reed taped by I don't know who, which is offered 100% for the music, not for any other economical reasons. It's not that I'm selling a copy from a Reed album or sth. I don't know what to think of.. And you, Who Are You? What Do You think Of This? Greets, Fred

I wrote him back saying that it was good that he was banned, since all of the stuff he sells is free online, which is where he got it from anyways.
