This

is a version of Heroin that my old band did at a Xmas covers show in 2009. We also did White Light/White Heat & There She Goes Again.

We had a full rehearsal for this show last week & I never knew that'd it'd be such a ball ache to play Train Round The Bend live. Hopefully if we do live fades (in & out) then people will forgive the sloppiness of our playing of the song. The rest sounds good though. We're all really looking forward to it. If you are in the London area come along. It's free.

This is this weekend! We're all very excited. I'm thinking of getting a perm for the occasion.

That was incredible! Walking in just before you kicked into Who Loves The Sun was like being sucked back to Max's in 1970. Real good show guys, be sure to mention if you're doing another (which you definitely should! I'm sure you could pull off the VU album no probs)

Hoorah! Glad you liked it. It was fun.

I'm going to put the whole show on bandcamp in the next day or so. I was laughing listening to it yesterday as inbetween songs my friends are overheard talking a la Jim Carroll on the Max's Kansas City LP.

There are a few clips up now too

Being the ego-full weirdo I am I have the whole show filmed on 2 cameras. I'm sure I'll do something with it at some point...

I would go to such a show. But then I already saw one in Vegas in 1998, and it was great

Thank you Simon
I was hoping you would put this up. Listening to it now - it sounds great!
Nice guitar work on Rock n roll.
Maybe do the WLWH album now?
Thanks again for this gift
