Lou Reed, Ahoy, Rotterdam, The Netherlands, December 4, 1984 **another FM recording**
CONTRAST CLAUSE: This is a different FM recording than the one shared as torrent 394574; it duplicates only two songs (of which one is incomplete on the recording described below), and has three extra tracks.
Also PLEASE NOTE that, as commented on the other torrent, I also created a combination of the two sources to a 9-track, 45+ minutes long recording. This will be seeded separately later on. This way everyone can download the recording of their own choice. I made the combination for my own use in the first place, but I'm sure there are others interested to have it as well. It will include notes on how the two sources have been combined. Stay tuned.

Taken from an unknown Dutch VARA "Poppodium" FM radio broadcast.
Source and lineage (transferred by Magnix): FM > ? > Tape > Tape > WAV > FLAC level 8.
The exact lineage is not certain. Dubbed this from tape to tape back on September 26, 1990. The tape I got it from may or may not have been the master from the FM broadcast. Whatever the generation, the quality is absolutely great.
Furthermore, the tape was labeled as recorded at the Carré in Amsterdam. Upon some investigation I believe that is incorrect, and the show was at the Ahoy in Rotterdam.
Used software: CDWave v1.94.5 > Cool Edit Pro v2.00 > CDWave v1.94.5 > FLAC v1.1.2 as build in Traders Little Helper v1.1.1 (build 90).

Please note that this comes from a tape that was more than 17 years old at the time of transferring (and dubbed from another tape before). This means that some tape anomalies or degeneration may be present. Most has been fixed to the best of my abilities and most of this stuff is of very good quality. In this particular case the recording is of very good/excellent quality. MP3 samples will be provided upon request.
