In the Netherlands it's already in the stores. Got it some 10 days ago...

Weel I guess I'm lucky helping out their photo editor. He was desparate for a Cale and chicken picture. He send me a copy of the magazine.

I live in New Bedford, MA and it does take quite a while for the new issue to reach my local Barnes and Noble. The magazine comes out on the 15th of each month in the UK; I would then say that it takes about a month beyond that to hit my neck of the woods. Hopefully it will be in stock when I go book shopping this weekend.
