Miscues on the Ultimate Mono/acetate set

I've been sitting around fixing the miscues on the ultimate acetate/mono set. You can probably find this elsewhere if you look, but as I've got it written down, here's a list of them:

Disk 1

4) Run Run Run - ends with the intro rumble from European Son
6) European Son - is missing the intro rumble above (which proves the tracks are not in the same order as the original acetate).
7) Black Angel - ends with a portion of the start to All Tomorrow's Parties
8. All Tomorrows Parties - missing the intro above.

Disk 2

1) White Light White Heat - contains a fraction of the into to The Gift
2) The Gift - missing a fraction of its intro as above.

Disk 3

4) Cool It Down - contains a fraction of the into to New Age
5) New Age - missing the fraction of its intro as above.
8. I Found A Reason - contains a fraction of the intro to Train Round the Bend
9) Train Round the Bend - missing a fraction of its intro as above.

It wouldn't have been so noticeable, Run Run Run/European Son apart had the shoddy bastards copied the disks DAO.

The version I grabbed off Demonoid has Waitin' for the man as track 4, Run, Run Run as track 5, and then European Son as track 6. Did you get yours in a trade?

Yeah, mine is a copy from the original disk (thanks Mr Datsun) rather than a download. It could be that those tracks got put into different order in the copying process. As I said, I've been fixing the miscues so I planned to put the thing into "proper" order anyways.

As far as I can work out, this is due to the wrong info being uploaded by someone to freedb, which EAC accesses when ripping audio to wav. Apologies :(

I got the original boot.
It says that the tracks go like this :
01 Heroin
02 Femme Fatale
03 Venus In Furs
04 I'm Waiting For The Man
05 Run Run Run
06 European Son
07 Black Angel's Death Song
08 All Tomorrow's Parties
09 I'll Be Your Mirror

But when You listen to it, track 2 is Venus In Furs, track 3 is Femme Fatale, track 4 is Run Run Run , Track 5 I'm Waiting For The Man .

In fact, I think the bootleger fucked up all the thing ; not surprising : when You try to extract the tracks, you can see that they all got the same title (vu11)

I picked up an original copy of the boot as well. As far as I can tell the bootlegger got this one completely balls up on the sequence. So does anyone know the correct track listing?
Another problem I?ve noticed is on disc 2 -- track 2, the song The Gift contains a"skip" (for lack of a better word) at 7 min. 50 sec. Sheila Klein ?plunged the long blade through the middle of the package?through the cardboard?through the cushioning?and right through the center of Waldo Jeffers head? etc, but the fragment "through the masking tape" is missing. Is it a defect in the source recording, a digital anomaly that occurred during mastering, or (highly unlikely)an edit for radio play?
With each listen it really started to grate on my nerves, so burn me at the stake as a heretic, but I took a stereo copy and re-equalized the channels to match the levels of the target track, and then folded it into mono, cut and pasted "through the masking tape" to bridge the gap between package and cardboard. IMHO, it corrects a distracting error. Blasphemer!
But I digress; here is what I believe to be the track list for disc 1:
1.Heroin
2.Venus in Furs
3.Femme Fatale
4.Run Run Run
5.European Son
6.Waiting for the Man
7.Black Angel?s Death Song
8.All Tomorrow?s Parties
9.I?ll Be Your Mirror
Please correct me if I am wrong. I'd really love to place these songs in proper sequence.

Olivier's site has it in this order:

1. European Son
2. Black Angel Of Death
3. All Tomorrow's Parties
4. I'll Be Your Mirror
5. Heroin
6. Femme Fatale
7. Venus In Furs
8. Waiting For The Man
9. Run Run Run

I've removed the two second spaces and this works. Track 5 Heroin would be where "side 2" begins. For the bootleg they started with Heroin instead of European Son, in which case the tracklisting should be:
1. Heroin
2. Femme Fatale
3. Venus In Furs
4. Waiting For The Man
5. Run Run Run
6. European Son
7. Black Angel Of Death
8. All Tomorrow's Parties
9. I'll Be Your Mirror

but as we now know, the bootleggers fucked up the order anyway.
