Can anyone help me identify some audio files I found on my computer?

I was doing some disc cleanup when I came across them.

I don't remember when or where I got them. I have them in a folder called: VU at the Factory. In there I found the following files:

Ambient Meanderings I -- this starts off with some guy saying something about that he thinks a 13 year old girl buying a rock & roll record shows just as much intelligent choice as her parents -- then there is a lot of noise and feedback with just a little music. (4 min. 32 sec.)

Ambient Meanderings III -- this starts off with some sexual (?) moaning and groaning and then goes into some noise and feedback. (49 sec.)

Ambient Meanderings IV -- lots of muffled noises and talking. I can make out someone talking about Hedy Lamar and being married 5 times. Then there is some more noise and feedback. (1 min 39 sec.)

Nico on Women's Lib -- has some women talking about women's lib. But neither one of the speakers has any kind of "German" accent which I think Nico had (at least early on). (1 min. 4 sec.)

I also have two musical files in the same folder called -- Instrumental Jam (3 min. 24 sec.) and Jamming Bluesy Number (2 min. 29 sec.)

Anybody have any ideas what these might be and if they are for real? I wish I could remember where I got them from.

It's a cd set which combines an earlier compilation "Screen Test - Falling in Love with The Falling Spikes" with other bits and pieces from Warhol Film Soundtracks, the Music Factory Interview LP (that's Tom Wilson talking about the 13 yr old girl) and a live performance from Springfield, Mass and the Second Fret, Philadelphia in early 1970.

Here's what Oliver's site has to say on the original boot:

SCREEN TEST : FALLING IN LOVE WITH THE FALLING SPIKES
Shining Star Records DOM 001, UK (?), 1985

Side 1: DOM-001-A1
Side 2: DOM-001-B1

Side 1: 1. Interview / 2. Hedy film soundtrack (excerpt) (13:40) / 3. Interview (0:41).

Side 2: 4. Interview (0:26) / 5. Oh! Sweet Nuthin' (7:00) / 6. Women In Revolt film soundtrack (excerpt) (1:02) / 7. The Chelsea Girls film soundtrack (excerpt) (2:31) / 8. Vamp (3:36) / 9. Interview (2:45).

Sources: 1, 3, 4, 9 : Music Factory promo LP / 2 : soundtrack, 1965 / 5 : Second Fret, Philadelphia, May 1970 / 6 : film soundtrack, 1968 / 7 : film soundtrack, summer 1966 / 8 : Woodrose Ballroom, Springfield, 17/4/70.

Notes: at least 3 different pressings - all with the same matrix numbers and plain white labels.

1. 1985 original pressing with black/blue/white cover.
2. 1987 reissue with clear plastic cover with one sided 12"x12" red cardboard cover, "Andy Warhol" stamped in green on the inner sleeve and two postcards.
3. Black & white fold over sleeve with "Andy Warhol" stamped in green ink on lower left hand corner and on inner sleeve. It seems to be a numbered edition, my copy has number 145 stamped on back cover.
