On eeb and elsewhere online - a DVD featuring 'new' VU footage? Probably not...

LOU REED & THE VELVET UNDERGROUND

Very Rare Film Footage of The Velvet Underground

1. The Velvet Underground rehearsing at Andy Wahol's Factory in New York City, 1966

[this will be Symphony of Sound]

2. Nico: I'm Not Sayin' (Promotional film of a rare pre-Velvet solo single ~ London 1965)

[not aware of this - may be from Nico: Icon or some other doc?]

3. Sunday Morning (Rare promotional film of VU performing the song ~ 1966)

[most likely the silent Rosalind Stevenson footage, with the studio version dubbed on]

4. The Exploding Plastic Inevitable Show (A 15 minute film about VU's legendary first concerts in New York City in May of 1966. Including live versions of 'Venus In Furs' and 'European Son')

[now THIS SOUNDS INTERESTING, but it's probably the Ronald Nameth Chicago film...]

5. The New York Scene (A Super 8 film by avante garde film maker and friend of Andy Warhol ~ Zubin Mehta; showing impressions of the New York music and arts scene between 1966 and 1972. It has appearances by The Velvet Underground, Andy Warhol, Allan Ginsberg, Ed Saunders, and also, John & Yoko Lennon (at a loft party in 1971)

[not aware of this... worth a look?]

6. Songs For Drella ~ A special 1 hour concert by Lou Reed and John Cale, performing their song-cycle 'Songs For Drella' in memoriam of Andy Warhol. The concert was held in December, 1989 at the Brooklyn Academy of Music in New York

[uh huh]

This is the Jonas Mekas 'Diaries Notes & Sketches' stuff. No idea why DVD bootleggers have started badging it as the work of Zubin Mehta, but they have!

Well - to get people to buy it! - likewise giving a different running time and location for the Nameth film, calling the Ros Stevenson a promo film etc - just subtle changes to make it sound like something we haven't seen.

Parts of "I'm not Saying" are in Nico: Icon. It's pretty much the way it sounds: Nico in a dress skipping around mouthing the words.
