If you click on the "show dead torrents" box it'll show - there are no seeds, and the torrent is marked "dead."
Speaking of Dime - I'm getting more and more pissed off at the moderators there. A torrent of rare early Floyd (direct from 16mm!) was banned a couple of days ago because they didn't like the way the poster split the VOB files between two torrents.

But, if you compare dime moderators with "The Trader's Den" (formerly STG) you will come to the conclusion that DaD are absolutely loveable and easy guys.
On the other side, splitting a DVD onto 2 torrents isn't smart at all. So then 2 torents have to be kept alive, which doubles the risk of not be able to complete...

Out of interest, what was the early Floyd footage?

It's raw footage of them performing "Set The Controls for The Heart Of The Sun," originally filmed for the TV documentary "All My Loving". Thankfully, it's back up now, with all of the files in one torrent.

Well, better to have hardline Mods who will keep the torrent quality up to a very high standard.
