I don't know anything about this but could the delay on this be related to the 'alleged' legal delays on the 3rd album deluxe edition? If that were the case then could it be that those legal problems have at last been cleared up and.....?

What is this, the 3rd album special edition ? with both versions, if so I can only say about time
