Hugo the Photographer

Does anyone know details about Hugo the photographer - I mean the man who took the astonishingly beautiful picture of the VU on the back of the first album? I am still as intrigued by this picture as I was when I first bought the album back in 1992. It´s the way I envision the EPI in my head. I cannot help but wonder what happened to the other shots from his rolls of films of that night!
