Live At End Cole Avenue

hello...I have fairly recently become a really big fan of the velvet underground and have been trying to get as much music as I possible can! I was recently sent a live album called 'Live At End Cole Avenue' whcih was spread over two cds, track listing is:
I'm Waiting For The Man
It's Just Too Much
I'll Be Your Mirror
Some Kinda Love
Femme Fatale
Beginning To See The Light
I'm Set Free
Afterhours
I'm Sticking With You
One Of These Days
Pale Blue Eyes
Ocean
What Goes On
Heroin
Second disc:
Sister Ray
Lisa Says
Rock 'n' Roll
Blue Velvet Jazz Jam
Seems to be a mix of the 1969 album and some other tracks.....The versions of Lisa Says and Rock n Roll are just really different to the rest of the stuff....acoustic and the rest of the band singing..lisa says sounds quite 'beatlesy'...and rock n roll is just lou and mo.....really good.
Anyway I just would like to know if anyone have any information about this...I think it may be a mistake by the person who sent it me....says it was recorded on the 10/18/69...any info?
