The brief dropouts during Dirty Blvd. were a problem with the house sound during the concert. Lou was pissed, and spent much of the time during that song yelling at someone offstage when he wasn't singing.
There are a few errors on the otherwise brilliant artwork:
Disc One: Dorita is not listed; neither is I Love You Suzanne
Disc Two: Strawman is listed as Starman
