Hey Ferges,

Saw on the JimJim list you had asked for a torrent of this.
Well, here you go.

http://www.wdgaf.com/details.php?id=2077

Here is some info for everyone else or you can hop on over to JimJim's forum :

LOU REED DJ's ON WPIX 1/28/79 W/JOHN CALE

Lou DJ's on the radio. He plays some Doo-wop and talks to some callers.
John Cale stops by.Filler is John Cale at CBGB.

Had to use the same tracker as upsetter used earlier for the whitelabel 3rd lp.I don't think easytree would take it because the radio plays commercial releases.

Bear with me.I may need to jump on and off uploading.
Hope some people will take over seeding this after a couple
of days.I got some other stuff i'd like to post.

They removed the torrent because it did not have a tracklisting.
I really half assed the track listing because it is late.A track can contain
4 or 5 songs or just lou butting in the middle of a song to insult a critic.
The listings I laid out are a very quick track listing.

Was just labeled as John Cale Live at CBGB.
Might be 12/29/1978 ?

well, i have tape from 1978-12-29 and john performed neither jack the ripper nor evidence. tracklist for my tape is:
1. Dance Of The Seven Veils
2. Helen Of Troy
3. Casey At The Bat
4. Guts
5. Don't Know Why She Came
6. Taking It All Away
7. Even Cowgirls Get The Blues
8. Darling I Need You
9. Mercenaries (Ready For War)
10. Fuckin' Your Neighbour's Wife
11. Heartbreak Hotel
12. Pablo Picasso

john used to play jack the ripper, then waiting for the man and then evidence. so, it's likely the show was edited for this broadcast.

hmmm... back to the drawing board.
Hopefully we can figure it out.
I hadn't seen the set list of that 12/29 show before.
How's the quality?

I just thought it might be that one because it was
around the same time as the Lou DJ.

i've never liked question about a quality. as far as i remember it's B/B+. part of this show was used on very dead chicken bootleg. i like taking it all away from this gig which is sung by john and (probably) judy nylon.
see my trading page for other setlists:

mind i do not trade anymore.

Shit

I'm having trouble with this one. Had to switch to another torrent client as Bitcomet no longer was allowed on this tracker. Decided to go with ABC, and the first 30% or so did run smothly, but after that it is like melting ice on a cold winter's day when the sun is shining. so right now I am on 43,2 % and sort of lost hope on being able to reach 100%. Is my dl restricted or what?
