I'm guessing that it's this:

Early April - April 30, 1966
The Dom, 23 St. Mark's Place, East Village, New York City
Exploding Plastic Inevitable

Tape: Jonas Mekas' Scenes From The Life Of Andy Warhol film soundtrack, B+, 28 minutes. Sources: New York Underground 68-72 DVD, Chelsea Girls RaroVideo DVD. Also: Searchin' For My Mainline 3-CD (3:50 excerpt of 2), Ostrich Hilltop CD (4:21 excerpt of 2), Caught Between The Twisted Stars 4-CD (2).

I'll Be Your Mirror (fuzz-guitar overload version) (2:00)
Untitled (jam track) (25:07)

My guess is that the file emanates from:
http://members.aol.com/olandem/audio.html

Jamming at The Dom
(3 min 50 sec excerpt, 471 Ko)
The Dom, New York City, April 1966
"The Velvet Underground played so loud and crazy I couldn't even begin to guess the decibels..." - Andy Warhol. This clip comes from a long 26-minute hypnotizing instrumental, part of an EPI performance and used as soundtrack by Jonas Mekas for his Diaries, Notes & Sketches film.

Thanks, I checked out the following link and it's the one I forgot:

Jamming at The Dom

The Dom, New York City, April 1966

Now how can I convert it to mp3 or wav because right now I can only listen to it when it feels like playing through RealPlayer?
