UK TV Peel Slowly And See VHS transfer

UK TV Channel 4 "Peel Slowly And See" from 1993-12-11.
Both plans A and B for the transfer of my old VHS tapes have fallen through. Is there anyone out there who has the ability to transfer VHS tapes to DVD? Preferably in the UK to avoid postage/customs hassles.
The task would be to transfer 2 x 4 hr PAL VHS tapes onto as many DVDs as are needed (preferably in a way that allows the DVDs to be played in different countries), then return the tapes to me along with 1 copy of each DVD. We can then figure out a way to copy/distribute copies of the DVDs to whoever wants them. (Or potentially, if I can upload them to Dropbox, we could share them that way.)
Any volunteers? Message me if you can do this.
Also, if possible, it would be nice if this other VHS I have could be transferred - it is NTSC standard and may only have a few minutes of Lou on it (I just cant remember). I would make that transfer available to everyone as well.
