VU&N Test Pressing underneath a yellow MGM DJ label

Hi everybody,
I'm pretty new here and haven't got any experience in this, but in this case i'd like to give it a try.....

Some time ago i bought a sleeveless copy of the VU&N from some guy in the UK

To begin with the matrix no.s; they're definitely identical to the mono yellow label, mono, east coast pressing

Then the label:
- Yellow, M-G-M special disc jockey record / Not For Sale / A division of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Inc. / Made in U.S.A. (just like the Golden Archive Series DJ issue: Yellow label GAS 131)
- Handwritten with Feltpen: Velvet Underground & Nico / 06-11-66 / Side 1 / X
Velvet Underground & Nico / 06-11-66 / Side 2 / X
- Silver sticker: PROMOTIONAL COPY NOT FOR RESALE (both sides)
- And to make things more mysterious:
the yellow label isn't 100% circular, seems to be cut with a pair of scissors, but very well done
underneath this yellow label one can identify a white label:
Test Pressing
Side 1

(and Side 2 on the other side)

Anyone who can shed any light on this? (I have of course considered the easy answers, but the fact that the original east coast matrix has been used for this makes 'm all unlikely...)

I would like to share pics, but drag n drop doesn't work

Best

Chris
