sorry if this is a silly question but how do you post pictures to this forum?

You can't directly upload photos to the forum - they need to be hosted somewhere else (eg a site like Photobucket) and then you can use the img tag here to link them. Bit of a faff but that's 20 year old forum technology!

thanks - that's what I thought. I don't use photo hosting sites so no pics from me I suppose!
