This is cool, but the drums may not be recent. I found this on Major Spark's Facebook page from back in 2021:
Major Spark pulled out an old 2" master of Moe Tucker (The Velvet Underground ) drumming with Mark [Goodman] and his band #Magnet. Now, Brian is building the drum part into a new loop for the follow-up album to #BeautifulNoise. We cannot wait to see what becomes of it.
Moe does not appear in the video for the song, but I assume the VU meters which appear prominently are not a coincidence.

Confirmed - drum track is not new, sadly.
At the core is a propulsive drum loop performed by the legendary Moe Tucker of The Velvet Underground, reimagined from the 1997 Magnet track “Julie."
