I ordered a VU & Nico peelable banana, stereo, no torso. Beautiful condition. 100 US dollars. '68 pressing i believe? Here's the picture-

It didn't sell so i contacted the seller, and bought it off of him immedietly. I cant wait until it arrives, unfortunately i dont have enough money to get it framed. It seems when you guys are showing pictures of valuable VU collectibles, they look a bit overpriced. If you check out the us ebay, at any one time, there will usually be about 4 or 5 peelable (or peeled) bananas in varying conditions. Also many singles, mono white light's, promo bananas, squeeze, UK white light's, and bootlegs show up, all the time. Or do you guys already know this? Anyway, i cant wait for that banana!!!

You got a good deal there, but I haven't seen any mono WL/WH LPs on ebay for a long time - the last one available to the UK sold for around $450 a few months ago IIRC. I used to go direct to US ebay and ask US only sellers if they were willing to send to Europe, but I don't bother with that anymore.

You dont need to have much money to get it framed. Places online sell these really simple LP frames that are really chintzy (cheap!) but do what they are supposed to!

Yes I did, quite a while ago. Not long after I got that one I picked up another one with the banana peeled. One is east coast and the other is west coast. Ma babies!!! By the way, I have yet to get them framed. No cash. But fear not, they are safe.

Well, you could always sell one of the copies and have plenty of money left to frame the other.
