Were there any west coast VU&N monos with the lawsuit threat sticker?

one for the collectors/obsessives - a question (eventually):
I have east coast and west coast pressings, and one cover with Emerson but no banana, and a second with banana but a black lawsuit-threat sticker covering Emerson.
i currently have the west coast record in the lawsuit threat sleeve, but i noticed on discogs that the only stickered copies on there are east coast...
Did i mix the records up years ago, or is there a west coast lawsuit sticker version of VU&N?
fwiw i don't think i compared the two LPs closely before as I only just noticed there's a mastering error on the w coast one - the volume on Venus In Furs increases noticeably about 30 secs in, and the pressing sounds better overall to me.
