Anyone ever hear of a Toronto branch of the Electric Circus?

I’m not sure what the New York Wing is but I think 99 Queen St East is the City TV building in Toronto . This makes sense since in the late 1980’s I would watch The Electric Cirus, which was a live dance party on City TV.
