hi everyone
I just found this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IOsr1fSZ ... 4-overview

It seems Lou's voice is much clearer
And, apparently, it's Bob Kachnycz who put it himself on line

What do you think of that?

wow - thanks stooge - i must have had this before, but I think the quality was terrible. Interesting gig!

in the description it says "The few times I taped them it was with their permission", so maybe he will upload the others!

Olivier's site tells me that Bob Kachnycz wrote about these gigs, in What Goes On #5.Philadelphia 1969, 1970.

Yes, nice find stooge, thanks.

I too had a poor quality cassette of this at one time. Sadly I still can't hear the lyrics to "New Age" even on this clearer version.

They are not the same as the Loaded version. Nor 1969 Live. Nor the Quine tapes.

If I'm right though the first two lines are classic and maybe prophetic.

"Just another summer's day
Things get so messed up in August"

Then I can hear nothing but the odd word until the chorus.

oh thank you
It's true there's no big difference compare to previous versions. It appears to me on soft songs like
"sweet Jane" and "Candy says"
Also it's a shame "waiting for the man" fades out!

I think it sounds better than any version I've heard before. It'll never be a hi fi recording but I would say this is as good as it's going to get. Thank you Bob!

Will he share his tape in FLAC too?

Am I correct in finding a gap in the "Train Round The Bend/Oh Sweet Nuthin'" medley, at about the 8:50 mark (curiously, at just about the dividing point between the two songs), or have I botched the DL of it?

No, you're right. He seems to have uploaded this with micro gaps between all the songs.
